Job Description

The Behavior Analyst is responsible for teaching daily functional skills and replacement behaviors to promote independence. Adults live in a shared home under the supervision of 24/7 staff. 

He/she will implement programs based on all principles of Applied Behavior Analysis including but not limited to Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Therapy and Social Skills Training.

Key responsibilities include data collection, training and collaboration with other team members as well as graphing data and writing session notes.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required with experience in the field of special education, counseling or work with adults and/or children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities

• Candidates pursuing degrees in Education, Human Service Field or Psychology are strongly encouraged to apply

• Must be energetic, animated, and outgoing with a passion for working with adults and children with special needs. 

• Must have ability to bend, lift, run, stoop, kneel, and be able to quickly transition from a seated floor position to standing position
