Autistic Angels Behavioral Health, LLC is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA),  Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification required.

• Bachelor's degree in behavior science, psychology, special education, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analysis, particularly in working with adults in a group home or residential setting.

• Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques, functional analysis, and the development of individualized behavior plans.

• Experience working with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train staff and engage families.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google, Microsoft Office systems, data collection tools, and behavior tracking software.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Crisis intervention and de-escalation training.
